KPI2 Contractors Inc. has been serving condominium and homeowner associations, apartment complexes, and residential property owners since 1997. The owner, John Kulpinski, the founder of KPI2, has been an auspicious sub-contractor working for major prime contractors in the area. He attained hand-on experience in construction and business management. Vice President, Darek Falkowski, joined KPI2 and became John’s partner in 2001. He was a roofing contractor who started out as a roofing installer before starting his own company, and then joining KPI2. John recognized that through KPI2 he was capable of providing services directly to the consumer and, with partnering with Darek, they have been building a respectable business ever since. Their hand-on experience and practical approach helps them ensure high quality service. Through this practice they have earned the trust of many returning customers.

Located in Langhorne, PA, KPI2 offers construction and maintenance services in PA, NJ, NY, DE and MD, focusing both the multi-family industry and residential homes. They have extensive experience in roofing and siding, as well as other exterior trades: windows, doors, decking, gutters, stucco, and stone. KPI2 is capable of performing at large scale projects, as well as small jobs and repairs. Regardless of the size of the project, KPI2 utilizes the highest quality products and provides exceptional workmanship. Because they purchase in bulk, they are have the ability to offer competitive pricing without compromising quality. Another attribute that differentiates KPI2 is the fact that they utilize their own equipment.
