CAI offers a wealth of resources that help community association managers, community association board members and homeowners better serve their communities. These resources reflect CAI's mission, which is to inspire professionalism, effective leadership and responsible citizenship, ideals reflected in communities that are preferred places to call home. CAI supports our members by providing access to:
- Education and Resources
- Information and Best Practices
- Opportunities to connect with experts, colleagues and peers, locally and nationally
Homeowners are CAI’s largest member group, comprising more than 40 percent of our 34,000-plus members. For the most part, these are the homeowners who have chosen to be leaders in their communities—serving on association boards and committees or volunteering for special projects. Find out more about the homeowners we serve.
