Webinar: Dos and Don'ts of Due Process

This webinar presentation will discuss the fundamentals of due process, its statutory requirements, and the need for clear guidance in a community’s governing documents, and provide guidance on how to create a new policy. Proposed questions for attendees will deal with: fact gathering, clarity of documents, adoption of policy, interaction with bylaws, citation forms, timing, use of counsel, hearing procedure, fairness, hearing committees, appeals, Court remedies, and defining goals.
