Join us on Wednesday, February 17th at 8:30 AM for a virtual coffee break for manager members.
Utilizing Movement (yoga) and Stillness (meditation) as a way to navigate Challenging Times
In this 30 minute session we will explore how we can use movement and stillness to help us navigate what is one of the most challenging times in most of our lives. For those of us spending so much of our day sitting in front of our computers utilizing simple movements to help energize us, stimulate blood flow, keep our bodies from being too tight and releasing tension will help us navigate the day with greater ease. Similarly, finding times to sit in stillness with our breath is at the heart of mindfulness meditation which is proven to help build clarity, awareness and to reduce stress and anxiety. Learn some basic movements and techniques to help you navigate through these challenging times.
