Join CAI at this unique one-of-a-kind training session! Scenario-based vignettes of real, live situations that you encounter regularly in the condo and co-op world will be presented by professional improv performers. These structured improvisations will be used as a learning opportunity for managers, staff and even homeowners on the personal interactions that often define, and escalate, conflicts.
This is not a boring seminar or lecture. How best can we explain it? Its Condo LIVE!
Interested in a tour of PECO's Green Roof? Green roofs offer big benefits for the environment. Green roofs retain large quantities of rainwater, reducing runoff that contributes to flooding and water pollution. PECO has partnered with PHS to manage the 45,000-square-foot green roof at its Center City Philadelphia headquarters. Located on the 8th floor and offering stunning city views, the PECO green roof, is open to the public to showcase the merits of green roof technology. Interested in receiving a tour at the event on March 28th? Be sure to sign up in advance! Select the Green Roof Tour session in the registration process when you register for Condo LIVE! Benjamin Lloyd and Creative Corporate Training
Creative Corporate Training employs an innovative, scenario-based approach to team-building, customer service and workplace culture enhancement. We use structured improvisations we design specifically for each client, which embody issues or themes the client wants their team to examine.
Unlike other improv-based training programs, we do not make you role play! We do the acting, and you do the problem solving.
