Social media is everywhere and will only become more ubiquitous. As such, associations must be aware of the challenges inherent in engaging on social media. This discussion will delve into a variety of social media platforms and attempt to assist associations in developing best practices for their social media and online presence. The program will also discuss the specific pros and cons of using social media as a component of an association’s outreach, with a focus on legal considerations.
