Keystone CAI’s New Jersey Regional Council invites you to join William Murray, a career law enforcement expert and master instructor in conflict resolution and crisis de-escalation, for this important program that will teach you the skills needed for crisis recognition and response with tactics you can employ to avoid physical and verbal assault with proven de-escalation techniques plus self-defense techniques should you need them. Plus, learn best practices to properly document the events in an after action report.
