Education Session: Best Practices - RFPs and Contracts
This session will provide attendees with an understanding of how to create a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) that is tailored to fit your association. Learn about the terms and requirements of RFPs and get tips to help you draft them in a way that fits your budget and project’s scope. Industry leaders will provide insights on the terms and provisions of the contracts you deal with every day (life guards, landscaping, snow removal, painting, etc.). This session will provide a mini-legal primer on what the different terms of a contract are designed to do and why you may or may not what to include those terms in future agreements.
