Session 1: Judgement Awarded: Now Show Me The Money

Your Association has an MDJ judgment against an owner. So now what do you do to turn that piece of paper into actual money? This session will cover the options to collect, including executing from the existing judgment or transferring it to the court of common pleas and garnishing bank accounts, personal property sales, and real estate foreclosure.

Session 2: Avoid Sticker Shock: Strategies on Financing Capital Improvements
