Central PA: Best Practices Collections

Wednesday, November 06, 2019
03:30 PM - 06:30 PM (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)

Everybody wants to be paid on time but when that doesn't happen, a well managed collections policy is vital to the sustainability of all community associations.

This session will review best practices for collection past due accounts, including important information on what the board and manager legally can and cannot do, and when to hire an outside professional.

Join us for the fun, interactive session, part of which will be presented as a quiz show with audience participation!

This session will be followed by happy hour.
