With medical advances and the boom of “in-home assisted living” options, active 55 communities need to find creative ways of providing lifestyle options that appeal to a more diverse population in their communities. How do communities provide different activities to owners with various levels of mobility, needs and interests while still minimizing liability to the Association?
Part I 10:00 to 10:55 AM Part I of this session will cover lifestyle options, amenities, recreation programs, and more.
Part II 11:05 AM to 12:00 Noon Part II of this session will cover the legal and liability issues of lifestyle programming for your 55 community association.
