The transmission of noise, smoke (including marijuana smoke) and food and chemical odors between units and in common areas is becoming an increasingly big problem in our condominiums and planned communities today.  In this timely and fast-paced interactive program, you will learn some of the evolving statutory and decisional laws on this subject, while at the same time, gain some practical and creative insight into effectively managing the spread of, and liabilities for, these  serious and difficult issues in your communities

Has apathy taken over in your community? Do you have trouble recruiting enthusiastic volunteers and maintaining enthusiasm in your community? Has your community become divided over a significant issue? Is communication a problem in your community? If any of these situations apply to your community, you won't want to miss this session. This session will explore all of these issues and present strategies to identify the special qualities of each association, restore "pride in where I live" and help you learn how to take action to end the apathy.

Asset Repositioning for Associations
Assisting associations in "Keeping Up with the Joneses".  Small and Large changes that can be made to maintain and increase property value and appeal.  This session will discuss refreshing, repositioning and rebranding of associations and buildings. The goals of this presentation are to aide in increasing value, ability to compete with newer properties in the area, updated look and feel and retaining existing shareholders and attract new ones.
