Education Session: Reserves & Special Assessments: Critical Components to Building Your Budget

This session will explore how to use transition reports and capital reserve and replacement studies to build your Association’s budget. Presenters will explain the differences between operating and capital reserves, how each reserve should be used, and how to decide what combination of reserves and special assessments should be used for capital expenditures, including what to do if the funding just isn’t there!
