As you know, our 2020 Annual Conference & Expo, which was originally scheduled to happen earlier this month, was postponed to July. As we continue to monitor COVID-19 and its impact, it remains unclear how quickly business as usual will return to our region. Valley Forge Casino remains closed at this time and Montgomery County, PA, where the casino is located, continues to be in Pennsylvania’s red zone. Because of this continued uncertainty, the Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to cancel the July date for our 2020 Annual Conference & Expo. 
While the event will no longer be happening in July, the chapter staff, board, and Annual Conference & Expo Committee are continuing to work hard on ways to deliver a successful, safe event for our valued exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees later this year. We are tentatively working on plans to host the event in person on September 10, 2020 and, as a contingency, we will be preparing a plan to host the event virtually, if conditions necessitate.
We will be making another announcement during the first week of June regarding the nature of the September event, including options for exhibitors and sponsors who may choose not to participate. We thank you for your continued patience and support of the Pennsylvania & Delaware Valley Chapter of Community Associations Institute.

Before accessing the link above, you will need the email address of the primary contact on your booth, and the billing ID from your exhibitor booth purchase confirmation email. From this site, you can retrieve the exhibitor services letter, enter your exhibitor attendee names, sign up for the Mystery Booth and Lead Retrieval service, and access the complete exhibitor confirmation kit and documents. Exhibitor names are due no later than Wednesday, July 1. There will be a $25 charge for each exhibitor attendee name change after Wednesday, July 1, 2020.

About Our Booths

All booths are 10x10 (10 feet deep by 10 feet wide) and include:

  • Six foot skirted table with two chairs
  • Three exhibitor staff representatives
  • Exhibitor sign
  • Wastebasket
  • Back and side pipe and drape assembly
  • Booth space is not carpeted

Electricity, carpet and additional furniture fixtures are available at an additional cost and may be reserved through General Exposition Services / Valley Forge Casino Resort. Wifi will be provided throughout the exhibit hall.

Booths are available on a first come / first served basis and must be reserved using our online exhibit booth selection site. A deposit of 50% is required at time of reservation. CAI will make every effort to help exhibitors find booths that are not directly next to or across from a competitor; however, booth selection is ultimately the responsibility of the individual exhibitors and based on availability. Double Booth Spaces
CAI is pleased to offer a $50 discount per booth to exhibitors wishing to purchase double booth spaces (two adjoining booths combined into one space)

Lead Retrieval for Exhibitors

Add lead retrieval scanning to your exhibitor package. Each attendee badge can be manually scanned for actionable lead capture, qualification, and follow-up. CAI will only provide names and mailing address for attendees who consent to have their information shared. Consider adding lead retrieval to maximize your return on investment in this event.

Event Sponsorship / Conference App and Program Book Advertising 

Sponsorship opportunities are available, some of which include an exhibit booth and advertising in the full-color conference program book. Sponsorship types, benefits, and prices can be found in the exhibitor registration package and on the exhibitor and sponsor selection page. 

Hotel Block

A small block of hotel rooms will be reserved at Valley Forge Casino Resort for July 8 and 9, 2020 for anyone coming in from out-of-town. The discounted room rate is $123 / night.

PLEASE NOTE: Hotel Room Scammers often peruse event sites and attempt to divert guests to costly room block alternatives. DO NOT book your room with anyone who may contact you. Contact the hotel directly to book your room.

CAI's Suit-Casing Policy

Our exhibitors and sponsors spend a lot of money to participate in the Annual Conference & Expo. CAI has a no-tolerance policy regarding “suitcasing”, which describes the practice of non-exhibiting companies or individuals soliciting sales or sales leads on the trade show floor, in any session or networking reception, or anywhere within the event venue during CAI’s Annual Conference & Expo.
Non-member, non-exhibiting business partner guests are welcome to attend, after paying an admission fee, and will be issued a special name badge.

Interpretation of what constitutes suitcasing is at the sole discretion of CAI’s Board of Directors. Violators of these policies will be given a warning at the event. If the violation continues, the violator will be asked to leave the event, and charged the single booth rate which must be paid prior to registering as an attendee, exhibitor, or sponsor at any future chapter event.
