As you know, our 2020 Annual Conference & Expo, which was originally scheduled to happen earlier this month, was postponed to July. As we continue to monitor COVID-19 and its impact, it remains unclear how quickly business as usual will return to our region. Valley Forge Casino remains closed at this time and Montgomery County, PA, where the casino is located, continues to be in Pennsylvania’s red zone. Because of this continued uncertainty, the Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to cancel the July date for our 2020 Annual Conference & Expo

While the event will no longer be happening in July, the chapter staff, board, and Annual Conference & Expo Committee are continuing to work hard on ways to deliver a successful, safe event for our valued exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees later this year. We are tentatively working on plans to host the event in person on September 10, 2020 and, as a contingency, we will be preparing a plan to host the event virtually, if conditions necessitate.

We will be making another announcement during the first week of June regarding the nature of the September event, including options for exhibitors and sponsors who may choose not to participate.
