CAI's 2021 Annual Conference & Expo will take place in person* with a virtual component for members who cannot travel or who are not certain about attending events in person just yet.

Pennsylvania's Covid mitigation orders were removed on May 31, 2021. CAI will maintain certain Covid Best Practices to provide attendees with the comfort of knowing your health and safety is of utmost importance. These best practices include extra distance between seats for meals and breakout sessions, use of larger spaces, pre-wrapped food items, and the use of hand sanitizer. By submitting a registration for a CAI chapter program or event, attendees agree to the CAI Communicable Disease Related Hold Harmless, Release, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement.   • On Site Attendees - includes participation in virtual events on June 22

Homeowners - Free for chapter members; $39 for non-members
Managers - $49 for members; $69 for non-members
Non-exhibiting Business Partners - $189 for members; $259 for non-members

Managers who attend on site can earn up to 3 continuing education credits, plus up to 2 additional credits for participating in the virtual sessions on June 22, which is included in your on-site registration.

Homeowners - Free for chapter members; $29 for non-members

Attention Non Member Managers:

Register at the special rate of $149 and receive a one year manager membership in CAI and registration to this program*. Note...there is no early bird discount for this registration option.

*Non-Members joining at the special rate of $149 will receive a one year manager membership in CAI and the Pennsylvania & Delaware Valley Chapter. Your membership dues of $132 is allocated as follows:

Membership Fee $112
Advocacy Support Fee $20
Total Membership Dues: $132 

Every dollar of the mandatory $20 Advocacy Support Fee goes directly to states with Legislative Action Committees and supports the efforts of CAI to represent and protect our members on state legislative and regulatory issues. $39 of annual membership dues is for your non-refundable subscription to Common Ground™ and $35 of annual membership dues is for your non-refundable subscription to Community Manager. IMPORTANT TAX INFORMATION: Under the provisions of section 1070(a) of the Revenue Act passed by Congress in 12/87, please note that gifts to CAI are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. However, they may be deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses subject to restrictions imposed as a result of association lobbying activities.
