Green Condo & Co-Op Initiative and CAI Present A Philadelphia Town Square:
Tracking Energy Use for Condos and Co-ops

The City of Philadelphia is considering requiring building owners to record and report their building’s energy usage annually to measure progress towards reducing energy use citywide.

Condo / co-op owners and managers are invited to learn how this requirement would apply to their buildings and the tools they would use to track and reduce energy use and associated costs.

Managers receive two hours of continuing education credit for attending this program.
