Regional Councils

CAI’s Regional Councils serve as the chapter’s local presence in various geographic region’s across the chapter’s territory.

The volunteers who serve on these councils, and on various committees within the councils, help plan and promote events across the chapter’s geographic territory so that CAI programming can be local...brought to you where you live and work.

Currently, the Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley Chapter has three regional councils. The Pocono Mountains Regional Council covers Northeast Pennsylvania. The New Jersey Regional Council covers Camden, Gloucester, Salem and parts of Burlington Counties in South Jersey. The Central Pennsylvania Regional Council is centered around the Harrisburg-Lancaster region and covers Lancaster, Dauphin, Cumberland, York, Lebanon, Adams and surrounding counties.

Members are urged to get involved with a regional council near you! Our councils plan important programs including manager education, ABC’s for homeowners and board members, and networking programs to expand the value of membership in CAI.
