Regional Councils

CAI’s Regional Councils serve as the chapter’s local presence in various geographic region’s across the chapter’s territory.

The volunteers who serve on these councils, and on various committees within the councils, help plan and promote events across the chapter’s geographic territory so that CAI programming can be local...brought to you where you live and work.

Currently, the Pennsylvania & Delaware Valley Chapter has the following regional councils:

• Pocono Mountains Regional Council - covers Northeast Pennsylvania including the Lehigh Valley.
• New Jersey Regional Council - includes Camden, Gloucester, Salem and parts of Burlington Counties in South Jersey.
• Philadelphia Regional Council - covers the City of Philadelphia.
• Central Pennsylvania Regional Council - centered around the Harrisburg-Lancaster region and covers Lancaster, Dauphin, Cumberland, York, Lebanon, Adams and surrounding counties.
• Western Pennsylvania - regional council in formation covering the City of Pittsburgh and suburban counties in Southwest Pennsylvania. 

Members are urged to get involved with a regional council near you! Our councils plan important programs including educational seminars for managers and homeowners, and networking programs such as mini trade shows, happy hours and golf outings to expand the value of membership in CAI.
