Gold Star Community Associations receive:
- Recognition that the association has met basic industry standards and is qualified as a Gold Star Community
- Gold Star Community logos for use on association letterhead and other community documents
- Gold Star Community display sign and a press release for distribution to local media and realtors
- Recognition in the chapter’s Membership and Services Directory, year-end newsletter and at the Chapter’s annual meeting
- A copy of the Gold Star Community brochure for use in re-sale, welcome and newcomer packets and to send to community residents (quantities available at minimal cost)
