Community Leader Education Program
The Center for Community Association Volunteers (CCAV) is a specialized member group committed to providing the information and support needed to be a more effective, efficient, and respected volunteer leader. As part of our goal to provide quality educational resources to volunteer leaders, CAI has developed the Community Volunteer Leadership Development Program—through which the CCAV offers volunteer leaders the following four levels of homeowner education programs.
-
LEVEL ONE, An Introduction to Community Association Living, which remains available as a free download from CAI’s website.
-
LEVEL TWO, The Fundamentals of Community Association Volunteer Leadership, is a new online homeowner education course that volunteer leader members can take at no cost. Only volunteer members may access the course. Click here to access the course.
- LEVEL THREE is The Essentials of Community Association Volunteer Leadership (the former ABCs course) and is presented several times each year by the chapter. See below for dates.
- LEVEL FOUR, Advanced Topics in Community Association Volunteer Leadership, are also presented by the chapter, usually at the annual conference and expo.
