As America’s advocate for responsible communities, CAI provides education and resources developed specifically to meet the needs of community volunteer leaders, community managers, and product and service providers who service condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations.

CAI’s multidisciplinary membership is structured to provided benefits and services targeted to the needs of specific membership categories:

Who should join CAI?

• Community association volunteers including elected board members and trustees, committee members and other volunteers in homeowner, condominium and other types of association-governed communities
• Homeowners living in community associations
• Community managers (on-site, portfolio, and/or large scale)
• Management companies
• Professional services (attorneys, accountants, engineers, builders, real estate, insurance, lenders, bankers, reserve professionals, and others)
• Service and product providers (landscaping, roofing, painting, security, siding, paving, etc)
