Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley Chapter, Community Associations Institute
Serving Pennsylvania, Northern Delaware and Southern New Jersey since 1974
Community Associations Institute (CAI) is a national organization dedicated to fostering vibrant, responsive, competent community associations. Its mission is to help community associations promote harmony, a sense of community, responsible citizenship and effective leadership. CAI represents managers, community association volunteer leaders, management companies and professionals who provide products and services to association-governed communities.
CAI also helps homeowners and potential homebuyers find the information and resources you need. Click here to access a variety of resources to help people who own, rent or are considering a home in a homeowners association, condominium or cooperative.
CAI represents hundreds of homeowner, condominium and cooperative associations and the thousands of homeowners who reside in these communities. CAI’s focus is on providing education, information and legislative advocacy services. These efforts are enhanced by the work of CAI’s Pennsylvania and New Jersey Legislative Action Committees.
Educational services include programs geared to professional association managers, and the Essentials of Community Association Volunteer Leadership program, a one-day course for volunteer leaders in community associations.
