Managers

CAI's Manager Education Program consists of local seminars and national Professional Management Development Program courses designed specifically for the continuing education of community association managers. These programs are especially intended for managers interested in professional development, and those managers who are interested in achieving a CAI professional manager designation or re-certifications. Educational classes hosted by CAI are among the only vehicles for continuing education credits for the Professional Community Association Manager designation. Most seminars hosted by business partner members do not qualify for PCAM credits.

Manager Designations Scholarship Program

CAI'S Manager Designation Scholarship Program (MDSP) is designed to assist community association managers in the Pennsylvania & Delaware Valley Chapter with the ability to meet their educational and professional development goals.
