Staff

Meet the staff of the CAI Keystone Chapter.

Tony Campisi Executive Director

Tony Campisi

Executive Director

Tony had no idea what a community association was when he joined CAI in December of 2003 as Executive Director of the chapter, and the association has grown significantly under his tenure.

Prior to CAI, Tony was General Manager of MidLantic Business Alliance and worked for the Pennsylvania State Treasurer. Tony spent 25 years as an elected political party leader in Pennsylvania and held numerous volunteer roles with various state and national campaigns. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, mostly to Italy, cooking, mostly Italian, and keeping the deer out of his vegetable garden.

Tony lives in Delaware County, in the house he grew up in, with his spouse Raymond, and their two cats Binx and Boo.

Ferris

Jenn Ferris

Chapter Administrator

Jenn Ferris joined the staff of CAI Keystone as Chapter Administrator in April 2023. Jenn spent 36 years working in video post-production and saw the industry change exponentially over the years. Looking for a new challenge and something completely different, she discovered CAI Keystone and realized it was the perfect “different” for her.

Although she now lives in Wyndmoor with her wife and son, she was born in Philadelphia and feels strongly that the old adage is true, “you can take the girl out of the city, but you will never take the city out of the girl!”

In addition to being a mom to her son, Jenn is a proud dog mom to two rescue pups, Tara and Suzie. When she finds spare time, Jenn is an avid reader and toy collector. She loves the simple life with her family and is happy to be part of the CAI Keystone family!

Charlena Frank Round

Charlena “Chacha” Frank

Meetings & Events Coordinator

Charlena, who also goes by Chacha, is the Meetings and Events Coordinator at CAI Keystone.

Originally hailing from Glenside, PA, Charlena currently resides in Horsham. Outside of work, she finds solace in the great outdoors, whether she’s hammocking, hiking, or exploring new cities and neighborhoods, Charlena’s adventurous spirit is ever-present.

Having joined the CAI Keystone family, Charlena is eager to contribute her skills and enthusiasm, fostering memorable events, and building meaningful connections within the community.

Michael Shaw - Manager Communications & Programs

Michael Shaw

Communications Manager

Originally from Delaware County, Pennsylvania,
Michael has also resided in Delaware and currently
lives in South Jersey – all three states represented
by the chapter!

Michael and his wife Ashley live in a pink Victorian
in enchanting Pitman, NJ with their two rescue dogs –
Eleanor Roosevelt and Bogart – and their two rescue
cats – Gatsby and Voodoo.

Michael is an aspiring novelist. He has about 31 different novels in various states of completion, including a supernatural suspense story set in a Poconos community association that could really benefit from membership with CAI Keystone.

Microsoft Teams

Amanda Henderson

Manager, Membership & Marketing

As a criminal justice major, Amanda’s future could have been with the CIA; instead, she has chosen to work here at the CAI. Funny how things can get jumbled around like that.

Amanda calls Manayunk home and is a mother of two cats, Penny and Persephone, and many plants. Recently married, you may have known her as Amanda Schulkowski, but she has now moved onto the much simpler name of Henderson!

In her spare time, Amanda enjoys getting crafty with ceramics, crocheting, and jewelry making.
